How it works
Initial Consultation and Fact-Find
A free initial conversation to get to know your situation and decide if we are the right fit. Next, we complete the fact-find to assess your income and expenditure so we understand what is realistic.
Product Recommendation
We research and source a mortgage from a comprehensive panel of lenders, which is representative of the whole of the market, to find a suitable lender and product for you—a clear recommendation, with the reasons explained in plain English.
Full Application and Submission
If you accept our recommendation, we will gather your documents and submit an agreement in principle (AIP) to the mortgage lender. Once this is approved, we will then submit the full mortgage application to the recommended lender.
Mortgage offer and completion
The lender checks the property and your details before issuing the mortgage offer. (Subject to your application being approved) We then guide you through the remainder of the process until completion.
